The B.B.F.R. was established in 2014, by Adam Bird, Paul Bird, Debbie Hatswell and Ian Weston. This website has been designed so you can report your sightings, encounters and experiences with the British Bigfoot, also known as the Wild Man, Woodwose and Wudwusa. The British version of the North American Sasquatch, Himilayan Yeti, Chinese Yeren, Australian Yowie, has been seen and experienced in many different locations in England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. In June 2014 two of our members, Adam and Paul, were involved in the filming of a UK episode of 'Finding Bigfoot'.

   The mission of British Bigfoot Research Database (BBRD) is to investigate the mystery surrounding the British Bigfoot phenomenon. We will conduct physical investigations into sighting hotspots in a bid to find evidence and prove the existence of the species. Our other aim is to collect a vast amount of reported sightings and document them here.
